The D.H.S.K Law College is a premier law college of upper Assam which was established in the year 1965. The College has a glorious past of its own. On 26th december 1964, the governing bodies of D.S.H.K. kanoi college , D.H.S.K. commerce college and M.D.K. girls college held a joint meeting and passed a resolution for establishment of a law college at Dibrugarh from july, 1965 to fulfill the long standing public demand. Initially, the college did not have its own building and it had to start functioning from the presmises of D.H.S.K.

Dear Students, Welcome to Dibrugarh Hanumanbax Surajmal Kanoi Law College, the oldest legal education institute of Dibrugarh District and 2nd oldest in entire Upper Assam. I congratulate you for making a right choice to select this law college for study of law. The DHSK Law College was established in the year 1965 and affiliated to the prestigious Dibrugarh University and approved by the Bar Council of India, New Delhi. The experienced, dedicated faculty members and well- equipped library is the special feature of the College. The environment of the college is conductive for students to acquire requisite skills & professional abilities through students participation in curricular & co-curricular activities like periodic Moot Court, debate, conferences, workshops, group discussions, seminars, webinars etc. We are committed to develop long term values of honesty and integrity for our students and make them global lawyers/Advocates, Attorneys, solicitors, judges, jurist and so on.
